Excellence in Ethics and in Customer Service

Triodos Bank offers an excellent Current Account Service. I can't fault it, not least for the way in which it helps to reduce the risk of being exposed to possible scams. to get that quality of service at the same time as operating to the ethical standards that correspond with my values offers the perfect match. Triodos - a bank for life.

I have banked with Triodos for well over a decade, first as a saver, then as one of the pioneer customers for their new current account. This was offered after extensive testing - Triodos are very security conscious. This is one reason my money always feels safe with them. The other reason is their very strong ethical stance on investing. I feel that the planet is in good hands when they invest my money. Just over a year ago, after my husband died and I needed to change our joint accounts to my name only, they were most sympathetic and helpful, so the whole process was easy, at a time when I had so many awful things to deal with. The difference between Triodos and the other bank we had an account with, in terms of processes around bereavement, was tremendous. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

I chose to open a current account with TRIODOS because of its ethics. I like everything about my account - it was very easy to open and is so simple to access my account online for checking my balance and paying bills. l prefer the upfront monthly fee rather than the costs being hidden elsewhere. The icing on the cake is my bio-degradable bank card! I would unreservedly recommend this bank to anyone. Thank you TRIODOS for providing such a brilliant service! Reviewed on: 16th January 2024
