I have banked with Triodos Bank for four years.

I have banked with Triodos Bank for four years. I was slightly nervous about moving my bank account after 23 years with Coop but I'm very pleased I did. The service is excellent. When you need to phone the call centre, it feels small and personal and the adviser is always able to help. And you know that your money is being put to good use. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

My positive experience of banking with Triodos Bank

It was simple to switch accounts; their customer help was clear and rapid; the monthly fee is very good value indeed; I receive prompt responses to questions via secure messaging and they are always polite and helpful. The fact Triodos is an ethical bank is very important to me - even my DD card is recyclable! No cheque book needed. Simple 2-step log in. Can access from phone or laptop.
