A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Refreshing in these times where unsustainable growth is often marketed as the only way to go- I like how Triodos is prepared to challenge this narrative. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025

Not just virtue signalling

I love banking with Triodos for the satisfaction and virtue signalling it gives me. It's not the biggest bank and it doesn't yet have mobile payment, but it's ethics are where I want to be and, unlike the major banks, I trust Triodos to recognise and always try to do the right thing. Impact on our planet is a guiding star for Triodos, whereas it's mostly an afterthought and token the rest of the financial world. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Seamless banking and a positive impact on the world

Triodos bank have made the experience of switching, and banking, with them a joy through clear communication and easy-to-use systems and interfaces. Their excellent banking service, combined with regular updates on how my money helps to support ethical investments across the globe provides me with both practical and ethical reassurance that I am doing the right thing when it comes to my personal finance. Easy to use, good for the planet.

The are 2 important points about Triodos, 1, the banking app is as easy to use as any of the other, more mainstream banks. 2, The investment rates are competitively set and are actually better than many high street banks. These two points and the fact that Triodos does such incredible work to address the major environmental challenges of today, make it a no brainer for me. Rural difficulties

I transferred my current account from a high street back to Tridos as I am passionate about climate/community projects. I really like the work that Tridos does. Living rurally I find the bank card a challenge to use - it is not accepted in my village Link machine and not accepted at the post office so I have no means of accesses cash or paying for items Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

All interactions good so far, and a customer now for several years. Maybe not a bank for the non - tech enabled, and I wouldn't recommend for an older relative, but I've been happy. Consistent strong attitude expressed towards ethical banking. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024
