Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. Ultimate example of greenwashing

A for-profit bank that has abandoned it's core principles and grown well beyond it's ability to sustain caring about, or maintaining basic customer service for, it's customers. Triodos trades on being the sustainable option - but sustainability isn't just about not polluting - it's people and welfare too. Ethics is something that a lot of businesses seem to lack nowadays. I sleep better knowing that Triodos Bank is ha positive impact investor and puts my savings to a good use instead of financing companies that have made little or no progress in transitioning their operating models to meet the minimum of the required ESG standards. Best bank ever!

I can't say enough about how good the Triodos current account is! It's easy to manage, the app makes everything really easy, and when I have needed to contact the bank, it's staff have always been friendly, really helpful and efficient. Great service! Great ethics!

Triodos Bank has a real focus on ethical banking and leads the way in how banks should be changing for the benefit of people and planet. From my environmentally friendly debit card to my online statements. There are rarely any problems with their mobile app and online banking. When you call their phone line, you don't wait for an hour and you don't have lots of menus to press 1 for this and press 2 for that. You get through to a person! Which these days feels progressive and radical when compared to the big banks. They are clear on what they support and invest in, and don't invest in bad things for the planet. Finally, when I was concerned that someone may have been trying to scam me, their main phone line staff and their fraud team were very helpful. They actually listened to me attentively and answered my questions. They offered reassurance without being patronising. Their level of customer service is excellent. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

These guys mean ethical business

I’ve recently switched to TRIODOS and couldn’t be happier. Time all banks followed suit and ditched fossil fuel funding. In fact, if any bank wins an award that has invested - they’re a total farce. Triodos all the way! Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
