Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. I've been with Triodos since they introduced the current account. It has been easy to manage, good app, good communications. And the clincher: I haven't needed to ring them for ages but last time I did so their hold music was Karine Polwart - class act! Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Again and again, I see banks using the funds of customers to undermine climate change, to promote the arms industry, to serve the interests of rich people wherever they are in the world at the expense of those who are poor. Ethical bank

This is the most ethical bank I can think of with the bonus of helpful staff! Unlike the ordinary UK banks, this one has NO investments in fossil fuels, wouldn't dream of greenwashing ts investments and has no need to try as it invests in green businesses.
