Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. Fantastic ethical banking

All banks should be like this

Triodos is a bank I am proud to have my money with. I've previously banks with all the main Highstreet banks, and have had disappointment with products, customer care etc. And since becoming more aware of climate change and Biodiversity loss, I've also considered the impact of my banks investments. I heard about Triodos and decided to switch to them. I could not have been happier. An ethical bank with superb and transparent investment, and I can see what they all are! On top of that, when I've had any concerns, like worrying about an online purchase I made, they're customer care has always been thoughtful, polite and wonderfully efficient. I recently changed mortgage, and decided not to go with the cheapest package - which was from one high street bank - because of their investment ethics. I went for a less bad option, but slightly more expensive. When Triodos offer mortgages, I'll be going with them! Triodos are how all banks should be. Reviewed on: 26th March 2023

Easy and ethical
