Brilliant ethical bank

I have been entirely happy with Triodos since swapping. I have had amazing customer service, the banking app issuer friendly and I feel well looked after. A clear sense of purpose

If you are concerned about where you money goes when you put it in a bank, then Triodos is for you. No other bank has such a strong environmental policy or such clear methods of explaining who they lend to and why. Great ethical bank

I opened a Triodos current account soon after they were first available. The bank's ethical approach to lending and transparent way of operating were very important considerations in that decision. I have not been disappointed. Online banking is simple and reliable and customer support over the phone does not involve long waits or multiple calls to resolve any problems. The bank is actively reducing its environmental footprint as well which is critical given the lack of progress in decarbonising our economy. Reviewed on: 24th March 2023

Best bank

Eco anxiety and concerns about labour abuse by the myriad of industries the banking sector supports is enormously relieved by banking with Triodos. Plus they super nice, supportive and caring about me as customer with chronic illnesses. Plus! They work just like any other bank with apps and easy to use customer service.
