a transparent ethical bank with great customer service

I have banked with Triodos for 40 years. It shines as a beacon of transparency and ethics. If I have an issue I pick up the phone and speak to someone who can help me. With the Saver accounts, I can see clearly exactly where my money is invested, in sustainable and socially responsible companies and charities. No other bank I have tried compares with this. It is so refreshing to have a bank which truly cares about people and planet equally to profit, and is brave enough to be totally transparent about exactly where their money goes. It’s so reassuring that there is a bank that cares about humanity and our planet and whose ethos is to use their customers’ money to benefit local communities and businesses. I feel so grateful and proud to be a customer. Whenever I’ve needed to speak to someone their customer support staff are always friendly, courteous and helpful. Ethical. Professional. Friendly

All the other high street banks continue (to a greater or lesser degree) to invest in destructive fossil fuels. I moved, for this reason, from Barclays to Triodos (after 30 years) with ease. Also I’ve found Triodos to be friendly and helpful when I’ve called them on various occasions. Reviewed on: 24th March 2023

Great bank

I like Triodos bank. The account, app and debit card all work reasonably well but the most important thing for me is knowing they use are money for sustainable and ethical causes.
