An ethical bank in an unethical industry

After many years of using giant banks for my personal banking, I became disillusioned at the appalling ethics of bankers and large banks. I chose Triodos after researching ethical banks, but was initially concerned that it may not be able to meet my needs. Many years later I am still a very happy customer with all my needs met, and enjoy much better customer service than experienced at any other bank. More importantly though, I can see exactly where Triodos invest, via its uber-transparent disclosures. Reviewed on: 24th March 2023

Ethical banking - only way forward

I believe in sustainable banking where banks also put their money where their mouth is. It's one thing to talk about sustainability, but completely other - to act on it. While term sustaibility is open for interpretation I like the way Triodos bank does it. My type of sustaibility. Reviewed on: 24th March 2023

Very happy with Triodos

I have been with them for a few years now. Switching to them was very straightforward. The communication with them is always prompt when I have a question and they keep me up to date with messages about large payments in or out of my current account which I find helpful.
