Best ethical / eco bank

For me, using an ethical and eco bank is a must. Triodos delivers that and so much more. I've been a customer for years and there has always been an excellent service and further improvements e.g. with the banking app. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Banking with Triodos is easy, ethical and you get good service. It works well for me as the customer and has a wider benefit for doing good in the world. I feel proud to bank with Triodos

Swift customer service and I love the fact that my money is looked after ethically. The only draw back was that the current account card wasn’t available on Apple Pay but that has been fixed now! Excellent customer service from ethical bank

I have used Triodos bank for several years and their customer service is exceptional. They are an ethical bank which is why I’m prepared to pay £3 a month for their current account. Easy to use and easy on the conscience
