A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Ethical banking

There are some issues, mostly with banking on a mobile phone rather than a laptop, but the customer service is fantastic and I feel so much happier knowing my money is being looked after ethically. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2023

Competent, Friendly, Customers are First

A very good bank, with positive policies that mean a lot. The downsides are bo ability to pay in cash (some professions still need that) and no Euro-linked account for those who want it to the GBP Sterling account, even though this is a Dutch bank.
