Keeping my money safe...

Monitoring of unusual payments made from my account is very thorough and efficient. Customer service via telephone and secure messaging is excellent - always prompt in reply and polite. Banking with Triodos has been a really positive experience. Their customer service is excellent; they are very clear about why they have set the online banking up as they have; and I value, enormously, the newsletter info showing me what projects and organisations Triodos is supporting to make a Positive difference to our communities in the UK. Tridos are a very smooth bank to deal with.

Tridos are a very smooth bank to deal with. Their customer service is, by comparison with my old bank, lightning fast. I have never been upsold or pressure sold anything, no nasty interactions and everything about the account is clear. An ethical and transparent alternative to many of the big banks, which just cannot seem to wean themselves off oil, weaponry, human rights abuses, tax havens, and other questionable investments and conduct. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Ethical, Efficient, Excellent banking

Have had to call the bank once, and call was answered quickly and the answer I was looking for was provided even quicker. Great to know the money you're storing inside your bank account is helping ethical local projects around the area, and this is visible inside the App and on Marketing Comms. A bank that helps, not harms

Clear and simple app works well. Absolutely love that I can see what my money is used for and know that it is things that help, not harm. Appreciate that the transparency of the bank, rare in the banking world.. Matters hugely that they don’t fund climate harm and weapons. Reviewed on: 14th January 2024

Excellent

Excellent sustainability and ethical standards. Also, very flexible in terms of moving and spending money, with a Mastercard debit card issued for their current account and easy transfers in-app. The app itself works smoothly and has great features, with any bugs being patched promptly by the team.
