A remarkable bank - a commercial business with high morals.

I switched to Triodos from a bank I’d been with for 30 years. Ethically I couldn’t live with myself using a bank account with a company that invested in fossil fuels and funded dubious activities. I feel much happier with Triodos - it has the right approach to investing and punches above its weight for a small bank. I’ve used the customer service helpline a couple of times and the staff have been polite, friendly and helpful - they know their job and it’s been a joy to be met with great efficiency - and nice people. So easy for your money to do good!

Triodos makes it really easy to invest in good things: it's such a relief to know how they only put my money into projects that are environmentally or socially good. Their customers service is good. Their app doesn't have as many features as I would like, but the features it does have are easy to use. Would recommend to anyone who is interested in contributing to a better world! Sustainability

I wanted to bank with Triodos because I knew about their reputation as an ethical and sustainable bank through my trustee work. There customer service has always been reliable, helpful and friendly and the online and mobile banking is so easy it is stress free. I have banked with them since they first opened cash accounts for individuals and I rank them as the best bank I have ever used so very happy to recommend them to family and friends. This is banking as it should be - enabling without impoverishing.

This is like no bank I have known. A positively ethical bank in that it will only invest in projects which are socially, culturally or ecologically beneficial. I feel safe with Triodos because I have no fear I am participating in anything which is reprehensible and I know I am participating in something which helping people and improving all our lives. Put your money where your mouth is

People claim to support environmental incentives & inclusivity, however one of the most important ways individuals can make change to validate that claim is investing into an ethical bank.
