Great customer service from a highly ethical company where even the bank card isn't made from plastic. Even though Triodos is a small bank it does everything I need but with the knowledge that it operates with the highest standards in order to protect and promote quality of life for everyone. The Most Honest and People and Planet Oriented Bank

Many years ago, my wife and I looked for the most honest, fair and planet and people positive bank. We finally found Triodos and have since banked with them and saved with them. They have continued to grow and never to disappoint us. We cannot see any other bank that is close to them in supporting truly positive initiatives for all aspects of the biosphere and all in it. In terms of how we are treated by staff, they are always swift to respond and helpful if we have any queries - which are very few.
