Great, friendly ethical bank

Staff are very friendly & helpful on the phone. Website/app is easy to use, and most importantly, your money is helping to do good. Highly recommended! Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

Honest and respectful of my time and mail box!

I banked with the Cooperative for many years, they were fine, but they became abusive and recalcitrant to the point where I closed all my accounts because they would not leave me in peace. This was the only way I could get them to stop the relentless bombardment of marketing material in violation of GDPR, even when I expressly told them that it was unwanted and disturbing they just laughed at me - absolutely no respect or consideration whatsoever. Triodos have been the complete opposite, banking needs met, periodical newsletter, and important announcements via email. Never to the point of being abusive or annoying. Service provided, monthly fee paid - job done! Triodos are the new coop, but 1000% more ethical than the coop ever were and they are more transparent. The cooperative are now called uncooperative as far as I am concerned. I know I am not alone. Switch to Triodos now - you won't regret it! Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

Banking made simple again

Apart from the clear ethical advantage of using Triodos, I was taken by the simplicity of what they offer. An online banking service that shows you who the transaction was with immediately, unlike my account with Nationwide where I don’t see that for 24 hours. Everything easy to do, no gimmicks, quick and effective answers to questions. I like, and will keep my Nationwide accounts, but Triodos will become our main day to day bank. Love the personal touch and the ethos of the bank

This bank lives it’s sustainability, CSR and environmental message through and through, even to the smallest detail (cards are made out of plant based ingredients!). Redefining the way we bank and use our money is the way to the better future for all and that’s what Triodos enables! Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

Ethical simple banking

You know where your money is going, how it will be invested and all on a simple banking interface. All products, including debit card, are designed to be environmental and ethical. Very happy with the service. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

A bank for our times and always.

I have the life time experience of several banks. Some have been functional, others have used the management speak to give the impression that they have "values" beyond making vast profits. Triodos Bank is truthful, honest and transparent in all of its workings. In this it has created a unique banking service to the individuals who bank with it and the communities which it serves.
