Have been a loyal customer for years in the Netherlands and for years now in the UK, it's good to have a bank that is so transparent, ethical and supportive of local initiatives. Ethical with great customer service.

In addition to great - fast and personal - customer service, I like the transparency Triodos offers in their policy making as well as how they invest.
