Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. Personal service.

I particularly like being able to phone up and talk to a patient and knowledgeable person. It's almost a relief in an age of chatbots and companies who are constantly trying to avoid speaking to you or give you someone with limited knowledge or power to do anything. Reviewed on: 27th January 2024
