Excellent Customer service from an ethical bank.

Ethical, personable, fair and transparent

There isn't another bank in the country that provides a genuine ethical service, offering true value for money. There is a small monthly charge of £3 for use of the current account, but there are no hidden costs, no huge overdraft fees and total transparency about where its money goes, which is very important for me. Triodos is also a personable bank. You can get straight through relatively fast and speak to a friendly, helpful person. I can say this having been with the bank since 2009.
