Excellent bank for good communications.

Triodos is an excellent bank for good communications. They are easy to get in touch with - either on line or on the phone. I also really appreciate the ethical stance and feel it is one less thing to worry about! Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

Triodos is a bank, making a positive impact.

I particularly admire Triodos’s ethical standpoint, I feel that it matches my own. Importantly the current account is straightforward and upfront in its charges. I love that I can’t go overdrawn. I like the format of the Aoo and its ease of use. Some new features too, including pinpointing where my spending has increased, are very helpful. All in all, I’m very happy with Triodos. I bank and save with Triodos how my money is used.. it may not offer the highest rates for saving or ISAS, but the rates are good enough and it is a very friendly, personal bank, and well respond quickly to any questions. What more could you want?. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

I have had a current account for several years.

I have had a current account for several years. Once attended the AGM in London at , I seem to remember, the Mermaid Theatre. I appreciate the bank being ethical, not only for customers accounts, but also the way they invest our money. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

Amazing and patient employee.

Only today when I was feeling really stressed and in a lot of pain (booked to have a hip replacement on 22nd,) and trying to register a new digipass, I had an excellent experience with an incredibly patient Triodos employee.
