Simple, user friendly and with excellent customer service. Honest banking without the penalties for the vulnerable and the monthly cost is outweighed by the benefits. It‘a a shame all banks aren’t held to the high ethical standards that Triodos sets. Would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Good customer service response

I have used customer service on a couple of occasions when I was having difficulties logging on with my digipass. I found them quick & easy to contact and they suggested a solution which worked straight away. Other than that I have had no issues or problems with the current account. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Triodos makes ethical banking an easy option

Where choosing where we bank with can be one of the bigger influences we have on climate change Triodos makes this such an easy option. The time from calling customer support to actually speaking to humans is the fastest I've experienced of any bank or other service. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Triodos are easy to deal with, and have brilliant ethics and standards which holds them above other ‘high street’ banks. Being a BCorp means a lot.
