Ethical banking without compromising on customer service. Excellent service. Well designed App for day to day financial transactions. Safe and secure, and for more complex matters or International transfers the online service is available. Listening to their customers needs, passions and ways of living. From a current account holder working and saving, to the business or family in action. They are real and connected. They're great at keeping us advised on updates and changes and why they're happening. Along with their continuous action in supporting projects that aid our planet and humanity. I found Triodos bank very reliable and efficient. When I was a victim of a scam they undertook a thorough investigation keeping me regularly informed.
