I have had an accounts in Triodos for number of years.

I have had an accounts in Triodos for number of years. Initially I found it problematic not having a physical bank, but with their customer service being very helpful- and patient, I became more confident managing my banking. Now I live abroad in EU country where I have some issues with banking with Triodos and will wait and see how to work my finances in future. I trust and respect highly the ethos of Triodos and hope it will grow in future! Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

Ethical, and great customer service

I moved to Triodos because I wanted a bank that didn't invest in fossil fuels. They have delighted me with their customer service Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

Triodos blew me away.

Triodos blew me away. I was living in my overdraft. They got in touch told me they were closing my OD facility. They cleared the debt and since that day, I have managed my account successfully. In my experience, Banks don't behave like that. I had to ring them up to ask if it was for real. It felt sensible. It genuinely helped. All too often banks throw credit at customers, happy for them to owe thousands. I am a customer for life as a result. I will continue to recommend them. It felt different. It felt personal.
