The current account does everything I need it to.

The current account does everything I need it to. The app is straightforward and has been improved in the time that I have used it. I hope to do more with Triodos in the future. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Triodos Current Account is 10/10

After a bumpy start to the Current Account world in 2017 (I've been a customer since 2018), the Current Account in terms of App performance and online services has gone from strength to strength. Im very happy with Triodos and have no plans to leave anytime soon. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

funds transfer

I tried to transfer 12,000 to purchase a new car. Triodos banking process was slow due to security. However a member of the Triodos team offered to pay my hotel fees and came up with solutions to ensure I was stuck 300 miles from home. The chip and pin solution worked. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Excellent customer care and service

Triodos Bank is an ethical bank, this is very important to me. The staff are helpful, polite and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. When phoning Triodos, my call is answered promptly. Monthly statements are emailed. Regular updates of changes, offers etc are emailed to me. The App is excellent.
