Switching to Triodos was really easy and they were very helpful and informative throughout that. Their attention to detail regarding security is excellent and puts my previous banks to shame. I've was really pleased when they phoned to query some transactions and their staff were really friendly and helpful. I'm also delighted at their used of recycled materials for my new bank cards and that they only deal with businesses that share their ethics and invest my money in companies that benefit or, at least, do the least harm to people and the planet.
