Great customer service, always quickly through to a real person. I love knowing that my bank shares my values especially with regard to the environment. Low monthly fee is exceptional value for money compared to punitive charges I have faced at banks in the past. Reviewed on: 17th April 2021

I know my bank only uses my money for the good of the planet and people

Triodos bank provides me with a great online banking service (recently made even better) and I know that my money is not being used to support industries which are damaging, or will damage, the planet, such as fossil fuel extraction and manufacture of armaments. Reviewed on: 17th April 2021

Excellent all round

Switching was easy. The website and app are extremely easy to navigate. The level of security feels appropriate and is easy to use. Customer service is prompt and informative, delivered in a friendly way. It goes to show that an ethical approach doesn't need to be at the cost of professionalism, product or service. Easy access

I have online accounts with other bank too, but Triodos' accounts are easier to access and to make payments/see statements. Receiving cheques to my account is simple and quick too. I called the customer service once, and it was very helpful. Apart from all the ethical aspects, it has good services. Reviewed on: 17th April 2021
