I love knowing that my money is being used for good

Sleep better

I was looking for an ethical bank for some time. I wanted a bank that invests in well-selected environmental and social friendly projects. Triodos allowed me to do that. I sleep better now, knowing my money is used for a good cause. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2021

A bank that invests in the future

I chose to move my banking with Triodos because of its ethics and values. I could not save my money with a bank that would re-invest my money unethically. I am also glad to receive information about what Triodos does and also about some business that use Triodos as their trustworthy and ethical bank. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2021

A trusted bank doing good for the environment and humankind

I absolutely love Triodos! The switch process was remarkably simple. I received amazing customer service over the phone. Literally, the nicest staff I have ever come across. The App is very easy to use and I love that you can explore where the company invests! I feel content knowing that my money is in a good place for the sake of the environment and humankind. David tackling Goliath(s)

Triodos Bank is wonderful, I like the fact that they care about the future of our planet and support smaller businesses. It's not just saying that it commits to good acts but actually acts which is not so common these days. Initially, I set up an account with them at the start of the year but had to cancel as I was meant to be moving abroad for a new job. Their customer service was super professional and advised me of the procedure to close - very easy. People were super friendly in calls and emails and my query was resolved with a simple 5-minute call and an email follow-up. I have just re-joined them last month and in the process of moving my money. As there is no physical branches, I am probably going to have to open another account with a building society "just in case" but intend to use Triodos as the main means of banking! Slight suggestion would be to focus on improving the app and online banking, just making it a little bit more user-friendly and if a payment is made, sometimes it takes a little bit longer for the money to leave the account but you can't have it all :) I still love it and hope things will be going very smooth in the future. Great ethics, great service

Apart from appreciating the values of Triodos I have always been struck by their first class customer service. Easy to get hold of whenever I've needed to speak to someone, and very friendly and efficient every time. For my money, the best bank out there, by far! Reviewed on: 2nd March 2021

The perfect bank
