An mazing bank doing so much good socially and environmentally with my money

I feel very strongly that everyone should be with an environmentally and socially responsible bank. Most others invest in fossil fuels and weapons and other socially harmful activities. It pained me that my money was used in that way until I heard of and moved to Triodos. Now I invest knowing I am not only 'not causing harm' but actively doing good with my money. An incomparably excellent bank

I have banked with several different banks over the years, and Triodos is the first one which gives such good service - always at the other end of the phone, without delay, and helpful responses to any questions. I switched to them initially for their ethical track record, which is second to none. I don't think any other bank can claim to be as clean as Triodos particularly in relation to the environment and climate change. Reviewed on: 26th February 2021

A superb bank for ethically-minded people

Triodos Bank has set an example for other banks to follow by showing that banking can be both ethical and profitable. In particular, peace of mind from knowing that savings and investments are not being used to fund arms sales, deforestation, slave labour and dirty fossil fuels. The major banks should take note - instead of treating their customers with contempt; understand that people can and will move banks to secure a better future for our planet. Simple positive ethical banking with fantastic service

Ethical standards at the best. Easy 7 day transfer, easy and simple app to use, clear website and very secure. They paused my first big transfer and I called customer services, who answered the phone with a human, who activated the transfer immediately. A really brilliant bank that ticks all the boxes

I was so dissatisfied with how the high street banks were being run and with how they were investing my money. The bank I was with was funding fracking and not funding any ethical projects at all. With Triodos I not only get amazing banking facilities, easy to use internet banking and a brilliant customer service but the peace of mind that my money is being used in a way I am happy to support. Triodos provide ethical and sustainable financial options for customers who care about the future and want to know where their money is invested. The Bank is completely transparent and all projects are openly on their website for all to see. They promote positive change and only support projects which are a benefit to people and the planet. I switched to Triodos as soon as they started personal banking accounts and I really feel that it was such a simple step to make the world a better place.
