Ethical

The service is so good

Have had an account for three years now, never had the slightest issue, and the customer service is really good, which is an absolute plus compared to classic banking where managing to access an actual person is almost impossible. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2023

Simple to use, guilt free bank account

The account is simple to set up and use. There is a monthly fee, but I'm happy to pay this knowing Triodos investments are transparent and sustainable. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2023

Banking for good

It is not enough to know that your bank is not actually damaging the world and others. We need to know that a bank is a force for good. It is such a relief to have this option with Triodos. Their current account is also easy to use and understand. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2023

Ethical banking

There are some issues, mostly with banking on a mobile phone rather than a laptop, but the customer service is fantastic and I feel so much happier knowing my money is being looked after ethically. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2023
