Good service, ethical banking!

Whilst I had some problems transferring my account direct debits, this was all sorted. Pleased to be banking ethically and yet still having a good app and online service. Phone support is excellent too. No regrets and great that my money is doing some good too. Reviewed on: 14th February 2021

Ethics matter, but so does service, and now that Triodos has a current account with excellent online and telephone support, there is no question that it is the best option. ethical banking made easy

For a long time I've been aware of how other banks use my money to invest in all sorts of undesirable activities such as fossil fuels industry's and weapons manufactures. TRIODOS allows me to keep my money somewhere I know it'll be put to good use. It was an easy switch over and it's very user friendly. 10/10 :) Reviewed on: 14th February 2021

refreshingly personal and professional

I have had such a good expereince banking with Triodos . I like paying a bank charge and not having them hidden in benefits to some but costs to others. I like knowing my money is impacting a wider social field and trust the bank to make those choices for me. I have had clear support and guidance at every stage technically when needed and the service has been phenomenal . I would recommmend this bank to anyone and everyone!
