I couldnt wait to open an account

Having previously experienced the worst of the “ethical” banks, I really hoped Triodos would open a current account in the uk, like they have in other parts of Europe. I was so glad when they did, and have been happily banking ever since! Reviewed on: 15th December 2019

Banking with peace of mind

All my dealings with the bank have been positive. The customer helpline is answered quickly, and staff have always been friendly and helpful. I have no real issues with the banking experience, and am very happy to be with a bank that operates according to ethical principles. Triodos focusses on environmental, social and cultural sustainability in the companies that it finances and is committed to transparency, so you can even check on their website that they are lending to companies that meet their ethical criteria. A great ethical bank for everyday

There is much to like about Triodos - its ethics, values, integrity, bank cards made from recycled plastic and so much more. They made the switch really smooth and easy and seamless. I heartily recommend this. I like using the phone app and the online banking is easy. When I had an unusually big bill to pay, their fraud department held it back until it had verified it with me.
