I really like the fact that Triodos look after my money and at the same time use it to support a wide variety of businesses based on community, environmental and sustainable principles. Great ethics, great service, great bank

I have been a Triodos customer for the past couple of years and it has been a breath of fresh air - great customer service, simple and easily navigated online banking, and I sleep better at night knowing that my money isn't going towards projects I don't agree with. Ethical banking isn't complicated

I signed up with Triodos 3 years ago when I moved to the UK. It's been pretty straightforward so far - their online banking environment is easy to use, the customer service is available quickly whenever I need them, and - importantly - I am confident that my money is being used for good. Informed, ethical investment

It's the only bank that I WOULD recommend

It's the only bank that I WOULD recommend, that I know of. I value Triodos because its business ethics and intentions are exemplary. I don't have to worry at all that I'm dealing with, or investing in, corruption, greed or damage to our environment. All those profoundly negative aspects of 'business as we've come to know it' are thankfully absent from Triodos's modus operandi. What an enormous relief that we can bank with a gentle heart and a clear conscience. It's also a very good, fair, efficient bank! Reviewed on: 18th January 2022
