Great service and impeccable ethics

I've been banking with Triodos for several years now and their customer service has always been excellent. They have made several improvements to their app and website which have made them easier and simpler to use. And of course, the main reason to recommend Triodos is their impeccable ethical credentials - you know for sure that your money isn't going to be used to support unethical or environmentally destructive business practices. Ethical, Efficient and Personable

I pay £3.00 per month (less than one cup of coffee per day), to make sure that my money can be invested ethically and transparently. I can speak to a person (in this country) if I have any problems and my query will be dealt will quickly and efficiently. Why would I bank anywhere else? Reviewed on: 18th January 2022

A truly viable option for an ethical bank and an important choice for a better world.

Triodos represents an opportunity for people everywhere to take power back from shortsighted shareholders and corporate/government mismanagement in a way voting has failed to do. in our current plutocracy who w choose to bank with is the most powerful voice for change, second only to what we choose to buy. Triodos offer a transparent and accountable service where profit is not the only metric. A bank that genuinely seeks to encourage civic virtue and an holistic approach to how ventures benefit society as a whole. This represents a profound shift in market economic behaviour led by an understanding of how our capitalist, democratic country requires us to take responsibility for the freedoms it allows.
