Ethical, helping me to make a difference

I switched to Triodos after watching a live webair at the G20 climate conference. I realised I could make a difference by how I banked. I researched and spoke to people before choosing Triodos. Good banking that does good

My Triodos personal account gives me exactly what I need from a bank account. The online. banking app is really user friendly and the customer service is great. To have such a great service that gives back so positively to planet and people truly is a win win! I wanted to switch to an ethical bank for years, but I'd been with my previous bank since I was a student (I'm in my forties now) I was really anxious about making the switch, but the process of transferring was seamless, the account does what I need and the customer service is so much friendlier, personal and helpful. Personal service with ethical standards

The ethical stance of Triodos is well-known. However, it is impressive that they manage also to deliver a high standard of customer service. I like that they are honest about what banking costs - I would much rather pay a fee to an honest bank than get free banking with a company that is less transparent. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Finally an ethical current account

Good customer service, easy to use app and internet banking and most importantly an ethical and sustainable way to bank! I didn't want my money to be invested in fossil fuels, so changed banks and am very happy with my decision! Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
