I am very impressed by the friendly and efficient customer service that I recieve from Triodos Bank. It is wonderful to know that my bank shares my commitment to making the world a better place. The bank only lends to organisations that make a positive impact on people’s lives, protect the planet, or build strong communities. The bank publishes details of every organisation it finances on its website, so I can see for myself how my money is delivering positive change for people and planet.
