No-problem eco bank

So far, everything has been great: no issue with the switch, no issue to open saving account, quick reply from customer service. And obviously, their use of my money is what I want for my children's world. Reviewed on: 16th January 2022

Great customer service

I switched my bank account for the peace of mind that my savings would be used ethically, making the world a safer place. I half expected this to come at a cost of a second rate service but far from it- banking services with Triodos are equal if not better than my old bank- with customer service helplines light-years ahead. Great ethics. Great service.

We are very happy to be able to bank with a truly ethical and green bank, after many years with HSBC

On the whole our experience has been positive, though there are still some teething problems with the on-line banking. Our debit card usually works perfectly. We also have several savings accounts with Triodos, which we are extremely satisfied with. Reviewed on: 16th January 2022

Lovely staff and friendly ethical service!

I love the customer service Triodos provides - and I always get to speak to a real person! Selling a flat and then transferring money to our daughter was made so much easier by the lovely helpful staff (thanks Amber in Bristol). And a couple of weeks before Christmas our account got hacked - horrible experience - shocking and scary - but again, the bank was on the case (they told us it was happening) and were so calm, helpful and speedy, it prevented the whole thing being terrifying (especially when I was close to tears in one phone call…) Reviewed on: 16th January 2022
