We recently switched all our accounts to Triodos and could not be happier. It has been really easy to change our accounts and Triodos has been great at communicating the process. Any queries are answered swiftly and clearly. Triodos Bank is a unique ethical bank that does right by its customers, its community and humanity in general. Their openness and principled ethical lending combined with excellent current and savings account products make choosing them a no brainier for any conscientious consumer. When Smile was taken over by hedge funds I looked around to find an alternative and found Triodos. One of my favourite things about Triodos is the "Community" / "Know where your money goes" section of the app and learning what local businesses Triodos have funded. Reviewed on: 2nd January 2020
