Triodos bank offers great ethical online banking

Having had a savings account with Triodos for a number of years, I was offered the chance to open a current account when it was first launched, and have switched all my banking to Triodos since. The service provided is of a high quality, online banking using the website and app is straightforward, and it's reassuring to bank with a company that has an ethical approach and publishes details of all its investments. Brilliant Ethical Bank!

After significant customer service problems with two of the Big Six, I contacted Triodos, spoke quickly to a friendly, competent person who gave me the right answers, so I opened an account. Very pleased with the service over the last eight months! Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Ethical and accessible

Triodos’ ethical environmental and social credentials are beyond doubt, a quick search of the projects they’re involved in was enough to convince me that Triodos was the bank I should switch my current account to.
