Excellent Ethical Bank with Good customer Service

For me the Triodos' ethical investment policy is the most important thing and they are faultless on this. Very inspiring paper that gets delivered to customers covering these issues. I would like the option to create multiple online savers to help organise my money - perhaps you can do this and I don't know how? And also, I would like the card to allow more contactless transactions between the checks. Other than that, great service and friendly people on the phone who sound like they are just down the road, which I believe they are, in Bristol. Reviewed on: 16th December 2019

A bank that cares about the planet

An honest, upfront, ethical, environmentally aware bank - and, at last, a bank that only loans out what it has on deposit - and even then only to ethical projects. A rare thing indeed and highly commendable. Reviewed on: 16th December 2019

at last a bank I trust!

Where we put our money, what we buy, who we buy from, who looks after it when we are not using it is a powerful vote! It is like a vote over and over again. enormously powerful; and it is proportional representation so every vote counts! I trust Triodos to take this seriously and put this consideration at the top of their list on my behalf. I know they are ethical to the core, not just a green wash. Their customer service has been very good, I have had nothing but help and good advice from them. I like their on line banking and their banking app is so convenient; (my daughters this so too!) Only ethical current account in UK

This is the only current account I could find in the UK that aligns with my personal values. Online banking & mobile app work well. Customer service is friendly and fast to respond. Reviewed on: 16th December 2019
