Very glad I switched

I had been banking with Smile, theco-op's internet bank for years, but became increasingly doubtful about the co-op over the years. Friends told me about Triodos, and I waited for another couple of years to see how that would go in the UK. I researched ethical banking online, and Triodos is at the top of the lists I read. Nationwide is usually second, but as our joint acccount is there I wanted to bank somewhere else. The switching process was pretty smooth and Triodos have been helpful at all times.
