Excellent online banking experience

I tranferred to a Triodos online current account almost 2 years ago as I wanted to be part of a bank with an ethical and sustainable investment policy. Online banking with Triodos seems secure and is very user friendly. There were no issues with the transfer from my old account. I have only dealt with customer service on one occasion due to an issue with a cash machine run by another bank and the issue was dealt with easily and swiftly by friendly Triodos staff. I know my money is being used for positive ends

I opened a Triodos Personal Current Account because I know that Triodos will use my money only to finance projects that will have a positive impact on both society and the environment.
