Very glad I switched

I had been banking with Smile, theco-op's internet bank for years, but became increasingly doubtful about the co-op over the years. Friends told me about Triodos, and I waited for another couple of years to see how that would go in the UK. I researched ethical banking online, and Triodos is at the top of the lists I read. Nationwide is usually second, but as our joint acccount is there I wanted to bank somewhere else. The switching process was pretty smooth and Triodos have been helpful at all times. Ethical bank

Triodos bank I cannot praise highly enough. Their ethics are a breath of fresh air and I love the newsletters and info on projects they invest in and community groups they support. A simple, easy transfer to a bank with a conscience!

I had been deliberating about moving my current account from my trusted bank I'd been with for 25 years for a few years. My "trusted" bank however was very unethical and invests terribly. I finally plucked up the courage as the ethical issues were weighing on me heavily. I wish I'd done it years ago! So easy and simple. Many are scared of changing a current account but it really is simple. My old bank weren't even interested in why I might leave after such a long time. Shows how important I was to them!
