A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Ethical principles, great customer service

By far the most ethical

Great app but other contact limited

An easy choice

So far, Triodos is the only Bank I feel comfortable having an account with in the UK. I love the way they show me which projects and companies are supported - and they have very strict ethical guidelines on their business accounts. To make it more accessible for everyone, it would be great to have in-person contact centres but that would only be the cherry on the icing. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Best ethical bank by far!

They have no branches, as far as I’m aware… but that’s perfectly fine. If you have a Triodos you will rarely need to speak to them because the accounts, the website and the App just work! But if you do need to speak to them you will find yourself dealing with polite, friendly staff who are eager to do whatever it takes to make your “customer experience” as good as it could possibly be! I really can’t overstate my case… Triodos is simply the best bank…. They just need to offer a credit card to put the cherry on the cake! Reviewed on: 15th January 2022
