Best ethical bank

My choice to bank with Triodos was motivated by their ethics but I've found the experience of their customer service to be wonderful as well. I'm a very happy customer :) Reviewed on: 27th February 2021

Brilliant ethics and customer service

I set up this account so that I know my money is doing good things. I wasn't expecting to also get such friendly, speedy, professional customer service. I am very pleased that I switched to Triodos and encourage all my friends to do the same whenever they pull out a dirty bank card!! Reviewed on: 27th February 2021

An ethical, friendly, efficient bank

We have had savings accounts and a business account with Triodos before opening our personal current account. We have never had any issues with the operation of our accounts, any charges have been very fair, periodic communication (Money Matters) has been fresh in its format, and informative. Above all, they are an ethical bank which, I'm sorry to say, is a rare characteristic these days. Overall, we need more Triodoses! Reviewed on: 27th February 2021

Excellent and trustworthy bank

I have a current account and savings account with Triodos bank. Their communications are clear and informative, the online banking system is easy to use and secure. Most importantly, Triodos is a force for good, investing in environmental projects and those designed to support local communities and progressive policies. For this Triodos should be commended. A world changing bank

It’s hard for most people to get excited about banking, with Triodos, I can barely stop telling people how great they are! I changed to bank with them as I fully supported their business model of investing in sustainable and ethical markets and financing initiatives with community benefit. The switch service was brilliant, so easy and so well managed. The app Triodos have created is perfect. Simple user experience giving you everything you need. Excellent ethics

I switched from one of the big UK banks to Triodos, as they have an ethos that really appeals. It's reassuring that they use their money to invest in sustainable businesses and have society and the environment at the heart of what they do. Can't rate them highly enough.
