A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Responsibility...

It is vital that we use our money to make our future better, not worse. Our money is typically held, and used, by banks so it is good to know that Triodos practice ethical, responsible investment and lending. They actively support sustainability, protection of the environment and ensuring the future of our planet. In addition, their customer services, information provided and plans for the future are all excellent Triodos show how banking in the 21st century should be carried out. Genuinely does good

The reason I switched was because of Triodos’ ethical and sustainable credibility. Plus their online banking now system is as easy as any other bank, and their app is great. I particularly love the tranquil scene when the app is loading pre-log in .. Reviewed on: 26th February 2021

Excellent purpose and service

Triodos support small and local business and organisations that work towards creating a better world for people to live in, both financially and environmentally. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone, and I truly believe they deserve every commendation for doing their best to protect the world we live in for generations to come. My money follows my ethics.

I have savings, ISA and current accounts with Triodos. I chose Triodos because they use my money in schemes I would choose to invest in following sustainability both for the planet and people. I have also found the customer service excellent, polite and efficient. I have recommended this bank to my friends and will continue to do so. Reviewed on: 26th February 2021
