A bank with both conscience & confidence

Have carefully researched banks with whom I may wish to start saving, I wanted to ensure that my money would be used to finance projects that accord with my own values. Triodos does exactly that. efficient & more ethical than most

Their aim to be ethical and support/supply environmentally sound investments is very attractive. They seem at least as efficient and user-friendly as any other bank & are prompt in replying to any queries. Only drawback is that some post offices do not do cash withdrawals with their debit card - but that will change. Reviewed on: 14th February 2021

Efficient and Friendly

Whenever I have a question they respond with all the information I need and even during the pandemic have got back to me quickly. Their Ethical policies are the reason I chose them but their customer service has made sure I have not come to regret that decision. Reviewed on: 14th February 2021
