Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Genuinely ethical, invest in the future for our planet

I am grateful to Triodos for creating a place where the energy that is our money gets used for genuinely ethical and positive projects. I'm glad that my savings are nourishing projects that will help create a better worlds for my son and all children to grow up in, where nature is respected and climate breakdown is really taken seriously. Great values

I like everything Triodos does especially report on the type of businesses they support. They charge a fee of £3 per month which I have no issue in paying. They are honest about "free" banking. Reviewed on: 14th February 2021

Faultless ethics. Faultless customer service.

Love my bank

Triodos take ethics seriously, and I love the confidence I get from banking with them that my money contributes to the kind of society I want to live in. My card is plant-based, it’s easy to use everyday, anytime I need to speak to Triodos my call is always answered quickly and the app/online banking is super easy too. I certainly don’t miss the 30 mins on hold when needing to speak to the ‘mainstream’ banks.
