A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. The future of banking

A refreshing new approach to banking

Triodos bank have been a joy to liase with. Friendly informative staff. Interesting investments. Inspiring news letters. Reassuring to k is that my money is been used for good causes. How many banks can you say that about?! The new app is easy to use and intuitive. Reviewed on: 14th February 2021

Friendly ethical banking

I have been with Triodos for over 10 years for my business and recently a personal account. The knowledge that your money is in good hands both ethically and environmentally, they keep you updated where your money goes, who they lend too etc... I find their interface easy to use, with online banking and smartphone app. Never had a problem contacting them via phone - always getting a quick response and a friendly, helpful operator. In my view Bank needs to spread UK wide particularly in Inner City places eg, Bradford, W Yorkshire!
