Triodos's care for planet and people is exemplified by its customer service: you get a real human being when you call! It is great to have a bank that shares my values. I welcome the opportunity to properly invest in organisations which haave at their heart the provision of improvements to the quality of people''s lives and also the environment. Although I want a return on my investment, my primary goal is to ensure my money is making a positive difference. This means investing for the long term.
