They were great when I fell for a scam last year.

They were great when I fell for a scam last year. The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and not at all patronising or judgemental. Also, they reimbursed me even though they didn't have to. Reviewed on: 19th April 2025

I need to know my money isn't actively causing harm

Triodos is the only bank I trust to make sure my investment is not actively causing harm to people or the environment. So much damage is being done by money systems that I need this service to be different from the mainstream, and it is. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

Excellent service & banking experience.

I have been with Tridos for many years now and find the online bank very easy to use. If I have had any questions I can phone their office and speak to someone who will resolve any issue or answer any question I have. I'm very pleased with the product and service they provide.
