About this product

The TSB Cash account is a basic bank account.

It’s available if you don’t have a UK bank account and don’t qualify for other TSB current accounts. There’s no charge for opening or maintaining the account. Cash account holders can use the TSB mobile banking app, but you won’t be able to get an overdraft.

web site always down ?

cannot login yet again - we are having technical issues. I'm only logging in to move money out and close the account. Take my advice - do likewise, this lot are a shower. Reviewed on: 1st June 2021

Great mobile app

I find that using the app on my phone is a doddle. Within moments I can check my account, and pending payments are visible as well (something that is missing with our other bank). I particularly love my savings pots which make saving so much easier. Instant access to the money in them encourages me to transfer money to them without any qualms, knowing that if needs be I can easily transfer money to my current account. Reviewed on: 15th May 2021

WORST BANK IN THE WORLD

My whole experence of this bank is bad, total lack of care to elderly customers and so unprofessional, they are a digrac with outdated systems and both customer care in branch and online is non excistent,No wonder they are all closing the sooner the better Reviewed on: 2nd April 2021

TSB texts

TSB will send you texts showing you balance and more helpful send you texts when you are near your overdrawn balance. Reviewed on: 17th February 2021
