Terrific TSB.

The TSB Bank Experience Is a Great One. Great Facilities, Great Bank and People (Partners). The Customer is at The Fore Front of The Bank. It's a Brilliant Place to Bank, 3% Interest on Balances, Contactless Cashback Etc. Only Issue is The TSB Bank App is a Little Basic.. Great account with lots of benefits

Got £125 for switching, 5% contactless cashback and 5% regular saver and 5% interest. A fantastic package in the first year worth hundreds of pounds. Not quite so good now as interest is now 3% on £1500 and the contractless ends in September for new customers. Reviewed on: 1st February 2017

Good interest but used to be better

Generally a very easy to use and convenient day to day account that has good perks such as £5 cash back each month on contactless payments and a decent interest rate although this has got worse recently as interest rates have gone down. Best bank, wouldn't change a thing.

I think every bank has negative points however what's majorly important to me is good customer service, honesty, locality and wether the products are suited to my needs. TSB ticks all these boxes and more. Another thing that sells their banking for me is their mobile banking. I transfer money between accounts regularly and it's quick and easy with TSB. I like it until recently when they decided to lower the interest. I will move my funds to p2p.

Excellent account with great rate of interest

TSB currently has the best rates around. Their accounts are easy to set up and don't have some of the strict rules that other banks demand. Five stars! Reviewed on: 24th January 2017

high interest great customer service

One of the better accounts

The account is good, it allows me to accrue a decent rate of interest on current account financing up to 2k and I typically earn the full £5 cash back on my monthly contactless/Apple Pay transactions; I think this return is considerably better than what other current account providers offer. However, my issue with TSB is telephone customer service, I never feel confident that the agent I'm speaking with really knows the detail of certain aspects of the account, including paym transacting, interest accrual and regular saver account services too. The app could be more flexible in terms of adding new payees and viewing better transaction summaries etc, these options are only available online. Overall though, this account offers decent returns and I'm unlikely to move to another provider on this basis. Reviewed on: 24th December 2016
