Based on my 6 years of experience, I don't recommend them to people who would like to keep their money safe or need a competent customer service.
- Criminals can easily steal thousands from your account with no consequences
- If you call the customer service with a problem for 5 times, you will get 5 completely different answers
- The information they provide is frequently misleading or false

I have banked with Ulster Bank for many years now and their service is exemplary. I have many different accounts with this bank and each account is managed well. The new services introduced on the mobile phone app (such as the Spending section) are also very useful in personal budgeting.

In order to manage my account, I have the UB app on multiple devices. It runs smoothly and has more features than I can think to use. Everything that I would want to do on a day to day basis is at my finger tips. For more complex things that I would need to do, their website has extremely easy to navigate GUI, and due to the requirements needed to make larger payments, I am secure in the knowledge that my money is safe with them, and easily accessible to myself. As a result of the data breach with Ticket master, my card details were compromised, and before they had notified me that my details were compromised, my card was used fraudulently. The payment was stopped, I was notified that my card was used, and when I contacted them I got a replacement card. They were able to identify and stop fraud before any money was ever taken out of my account.

I have been with Ulster Bank for 12 years and their service keeps getting better and better. I have several products with them which includes, current account, loan, isa, credit card. The app is the best service they have offered as it makes it so easy for me to manage my finances. I always recommend it to family, friends and colleagues.
