I found everything very easy on line.

I found everything very easy on line. On 2 occasions I needed to call. Both calls were answered very speedily and I was immediately provided with the info I required. The assistants were very polite and helpful. So much better than any of my experiences with other banks. Great interest rate too and easy to move money securely Reviewed on: 14th April 2026

Very pleased with my personal savings with UTB

Very pleased with my saving accounts with UTB over the years. I know that my money is safe and earning interest at good rates. I personally have not had to contact their customer service team but I’m sure that if I did, I would get the service that would be expected. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026
