A very efficient service

Good simple website design, easy to follow instructions, very quick emails to confirm online application. Competitive interest rates offered and timely reminders when savings bond nears the maturity date. I have always found staff helpful when contacting the company by telephone. Great rates, easy and efficient to open

I was able to open a fixed rate ISA with UTB online. It was quick and easy and pays a fantastic rate. No ID documents needed, just NI number and nominated account info. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
